With the attendance of Dr. Alan Faraidun, the president of the SPU, and Brigadier General, Salar Ibrahim, the dean of Arkan College that belongs to Peshmarga Ministry, and senior staff of SPU, a ceremony of rewarding was held in Chwarqurna. The training was run under the supervision of the SPU as an attempt to exchange
