Sulaimani Polytechnic University Announces Commencement of Postgraduate Diploma Studies  

Sulaimani Polytechnic University (SPU) has announced the commencement of one year postgraduate diploma programs in collaboration with International Cyprus University and Tehran University of Medical Sciences to create a solid and scientific foundation that can make contribution to prepare qualified cadres and meet the needs of the labor market as well as to develop the area of science and postgraduate studies.

The postgraduate diploma studies involve a number of specialties, which include administration, accounting, city planning, oil and energy, community health, pathological investigations, natural recourses, environment, techniques of media, public relations and marketing.

The diploma study will be offered over one year full-time in two semesters. The students complete one semester at Sulaimani Polytechnic University and the other in Cyprus or they can finish both of them only in Sulaimani Polytechnic University.

The study requires the applicant to have a bachelor degree, and pay the tuition fees of 4,000,000 IQD if the study takes place only at Sulaimani Polytechnic University and 7,500,000 IQD if it is conducted jointly at Sulaimani Polytechnic University and International Cyprus University. The tuition fee can be paid in three installments.

The study requires the students to take a 120-hour English language course in the International English Language Center in fulfillment of the requirements of the study.
